  1. Need an energy boost? Go outside. Studies show that spending just 20 minutes outdoors increases people’s feelings of vitality! 

  2. Browse the new AT HOME section of the Sunday New York Times. While we’re spending more time at home, the Times temporarily replaced its Sunday Travel section with ideas of things to do ‘at home’ - (A free digital version of the NY Times is available through many local libraries!).

  3. Trouble sleeping? Make some golden milk!

  4. Take a quick body scan regularly throughout the day! Check-in on your muscles and if you’re tensing up your jaw, or your shoulders, or if you’re frowning, take some deep breaths and relax. 

  5. Welcome the funny! The benefits of laughter on the human body and mind are numerous…stimulating your organs, lowering your stress levels, improving your blood circulation, strengthening your immune system, and even relieving physical pain. Laughter is the best medicine!
